IDEXX is seeking a Territory Manager to cover West-Vlaanderen, building strong relationships with Companion Animal Group veterinary customers and driving IDEXX’s medical device diagnostics portfolio.

You will engage customers with consultative selling, educate clinic staff on products, and collaborate with regional teams to grow recurring revenue. Expect field travel, trade shows, and a team-driven environment with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of proven sales territory management.
• Experience in veterinary/animal health, Human Healthcare medical device, dental device, or capital equipment sales.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively (car provided), occasional weekends for tradeshows, lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Manage your territory and customer base to grow recurring diagnostic revenue and quarterly device sales.
• Collaborate and co-sell with IDEXX sales professionals in the region to close equipment and technology deals.
• Educate and train veterinary staff about IDEXX products, services, and marketing initiatives.
• Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to IDEXX marketing and business unit management; coordinate with laboratory operations.
• Present IDEXX values professionally and participate in regional trade shows and educational events.
