IDEXX Belgium is seeking a Field Support Representative to partner with Field Sales and Customer Support to educate and grow customer accounts through hands-on education and customer-centric activities. You will install, onboard and train clinic staff on IDEXX products, provide on-site technical support, and travel from a home office to customer locations daily.

This role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships, addressing issues quickly, and contributing to successful go-live events

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with training and/or practice management background preferred.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Willingness to travel; valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

Provide on-site customer support for installation, training and troubleshooting according to policies.
Install equipment at customer locations, test operations and coordinate with in-house resources.
Train customers in the use of company products and services with practical materials.
Troubleshoot customer problems with assistance from in-house resources; plan for complex issues as needed.
Support go-live events and ensure smooth customer experience.
