Elanco is seeking a Pet Health OTC Account Manager to develop profitable sales of Companion Animal products across West- & East-Flanders, Antwerp, and Flemish Brabant. You will engage pharmacists and staff with one-on-one conversations and educational programs, presenting the full OTC range and supporting optimal product use.

You will prepare and execute Account Plans, coordinate with marketing and technical teams, and be accountable for sales results in the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Living in the designed sector
• Higher education or bachelor degree
• Experience in sales & OTC is a plus
• Empathy or passion for veterinary OTC business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good influence and leadership skills
• Strong learning agility and results driven
• Organizational and implementation skills
• Personal accountability with high initiative and sound work ethics
• Language: Fluent in Dutch - mandatory, English is a big plus

Responsabilités

• Accountable for the attainment of sales objectives through the execution of Account Plans with targeted Accounts
• Cultivate customer relationship in order to increase our customer value proposition
• Transfer key messages and scientific information about Elanco products to pharmacists and their staff within the designated sales territory
• Call on and generate demand with all targeted accounts in the designated sales territory
• Implement and execute marketing programs and customer initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department / creating a maximum of Elanco visibility in the pharmacies
• Disciplined reporting of all call reports, territory intelligence and customer information within designed CRM
• Reporting any adverse events and product quality complaints & adhere to all Elanco policies and procedures
