Orange is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions within the Fixed Network Factory environment. You will gather requirements, manage the backlog and roadmap, and coordinate with IT SPoCs and stakeholders.

You will drive workshops, oversee testing, and contribute to change management and governance. Fluency in French and English is required, with a strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Telecom, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or Telecom.
Ability to translate business language into technical specifications.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

Gather, challenge, and prioritize operational requirements.
Create and manage a structured backlog and roadmap for tools and systems.
Facilitate workshops and act as business owner for IT activities.
Oversee end-to-end acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Support deployment, adoption, and continuous process improvements.
Regularly report progress, risks, and issues to management.
