MPower Plus is seeking a Business Analyst with strong telecom and network design experience to understand As-Is processes and craft standardized network workflows. This hybrid role requires 2-3 onsite days per week and collaboration with various teams.

You will coordinate with network design, IT, product owners and users to clarify requirements, obtain approvals for exceptions, and ensure adherence to updated processes. FR/NL/EN fluency and ARIS knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in telecom or network design and maintenance.
• Lean/Six Sigma process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of telecom technologies such as FTTx, VDSL, Copper and GPON.
• Strong written and spoken communication in French, Dutch and English; ARIS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

Role Description:

Responsible for understanding different As-Is process and preparing standard network design process by applying correct design rules and requirements.

Co-ordinating with network design teams to understand the process Co-ordinating with other teams like IT, Products owners and users to provide clarifications in preparing process or get clarifications in case of any changes to be accommodated in the process.

Co-ordinate and adherence to approval process for exceptions.

Responsible for committing the baseline version, checking the process updates and coordinating with users on process adherence

Knowledge of market (customers and industry), Good understanding of Telco and Network as a domain, across various lifecycle areas, such as Network Transformation, Audit, Plan/Design

Good understanding of telecom processes in network designing and maintenance of copper and fiber network.

Good understanding of telecom technologies such FTTx, VDSL, Copper, GPON etc.

Good knowledge of ‘Six Sigma’ methodology and setting up of end to end process improvement framework which enables customer outcomes

Knowledge of ARIS tool Drive continuous improvement culture through principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations to monitor & control key process indicators

Strong communication skills in FR, NL and English

Must Have skills:

• - Business Analyst with strong telecom/network domain knowledge across design, transformation or maintenance
• - BPM/process improvement experience using Lean/Six Sigma principles
• - Understanding of telecom technologies such as FTTx, VDSL, Copper or GPON
• - Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English; ARIS knowledge is a strong plus
