adesso Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business and IT, translating needs into requirements and guiding analysis from concept to delivery. You help shape how teams work and deliver solutions that are built and used.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, solid UML/BPMN knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and fluency in Dutch or French plus English. The position is hybrid with on-site client work, Brussels and remote options.

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
Experience guiding an analysis process from requirements to delivery.
Experience with Agile / Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills with business and IT.
Analytical and structured thinking; able to break down complexity.
Skilled at facilitating conversations/workshops and safeguarding scope.
Taking ownership of your own work area and delivering results.
Ideally, 3-lingual: Dutch/French at native level + fluent in English.
Hybrid employment: on-site client premises plus Adesso Brussels and remote work.

Responsabilités

Gather needs and translate into clear user stories with stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate workshops to define scope and translate ideas into a visual application.
Model processes and behavior using UML and BPMN.
Draw up test scenarios to verify requirements.
Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
