Orange is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions within the Fixed Network Factory environment. You will gather requirements, manage the backlog and roadmap, and coordinate with IT SPoCs and stakeholders.

You will drive workshops, oversee testing, and contribute to change management and governance. Fluency in French and English is required, with a strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Telecom, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or Telecom.
• Ability to translate business language into technical specifications.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar platforms.

Description du poste

As a Technology Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions within the Fixed Network Factory (FNF) environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering & Analyzing Business Needs: Collect, challenge, and prioritize operational requirements, ensuring relevance and value.
• Solution & Backlog Management: Create and follow your roadmap. Build and maintain a structured backlog of tools & system needs, contribute to solution design aligning business needs and technical constraints. Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle and incorporation of all new technology and best practices in the solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, align with IT SPoCs, and act as the business owner for IT activities, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
• Coordination & Testing: Serve as the liaison between business and IT, oversee end-to-end acceptance testing, and validate that solutions meet business expectations.
• Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Support deployment, facilitate adoption, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
• Reporting & Governance: Regularly update management on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.

Your profile:

• Higher education (master's or equivalent) with a background in IT, Telecom, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or Telecom sectors.
• Ability to translate business language into technical specifications.
• Experience with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or similar collaborative platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and English.

Our team works in different locations. Your presence will be expected in Bruxelles, Gosselies and Ans according to the meetings. You can also work from these different locations.
