NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Technical Team Leader to manage Front Office/Back Office teams within a European Institution. You will oversee planning, resource scheduling, cost estimation and change controls, while driving process improvements and team development.

Fluency in English and French at B2 level is required, along with a strong IT operations background and strategic leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7 years as Team Leader or Master's degree with 5 years as Team Leader.
• Extensive experience coordinating proximity support teams.
• Hands-on experience as proximity support agent and understanding of team's challenges.
• Project management experience not in software development or IT delivery.
• Advanced IT product knowledge (HW/SW).
• Highly autonomous and skilled in business management tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Daily operational team management of Front Office and/or Back Office teams, including planning, task definition, SLA review, quality control, risk analysis, call handling status and escalation, status reports, problem reporting and organisation definition.
• Resource management: planning resource usage (shifts, holidays, projects) and estimating costs and timelines for service levels.
• Proactive interaction with hierarchy and stakeholders.
• Identify challenges and propose process improvements; track activities against plan and provide reports.
• Costs monitoring, schedules and resources; take action when deviations occur.
• Managing the change control procedure.
• Provide effective leadership to motivate and develop the team.
