Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader, IT Support to lead the Proximity IT Support teams on-site in Brussels. You will coach staff, plan shifts, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating improvements in end-user infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive leadership experience, ITIL knowledge, and fluency in French and English; EU Institutions experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience as a Team Leader, or Master’s degree with 5+ years leading teams.
• Extensive experience coordinating Proximity IT Support teams (on-site).
• Strong interaction with end-users, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership and project management skills with daily operations guidance.
• ITIL experience, preferably ITILv4 certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Experience in EU Institutions environment is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership to Proximity IT Support teams and foster high performance.
• Manage daily team operations including shift planning and resource usage.
• Conduct service reviews, quality control, and risk analysis to meet SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Track activities and provide regular status reports to management.
• Manage change control for physical IT assets and support methods.
• Coordinate small to medium improvement and deployment initiatives for end-user infrastructure.
• Act as final escalation point for complex user issues leveraging hands-on experience.
