Job summary

NTT DATA in Brussels is seeking a Business Consulting Manager to lead transformations, shape strategy, and manage client engagements. You will oversee project content, guide analysis, and work closely with technical experts to deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable business impact.

You will manage and develop a consulting team, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to new business opportunities while maintaining a balance between delivery and development activity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Minimum 6 years of post-study professional experience in business consultancy and transformation projects.
• Experience in a consulting environment with advisory content ownership and delivery.
• Ability to structure and lead a consulting engagement from problem definition to follow-on opportunities.
• Local market experience in sectors like financial services, insurance, industry, telecommunications, energy or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Define approaches to address complex business challenges and translate into measurable impact.
• Own the consulting content of assignments, structure problems, develop hypotheses, guide analyses, and tailor recommendations.
• Independently manage engagements including work plans, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Lead and develop a team of business consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with AI, RPA and data analytics experts to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders in meetings and workshops to ensure value delivery.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify new consulting needs.
• Contribute to business development by shaping opportunities and proposals.
