NCAB Group in Lommel, Belgium, is seeking a Technical Support (f/m/d) to join a collaborative team. You will provide technical support to customers and sales, prepare production data, and collaborate with factories across Europe and Asia.

The role emphasizes a technical background in electronics, strong communication in Dutch and English, and a structured, flexible approach to work. This is a local on-site position with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Education in technical or electronic field or comparable qualification.
• Interested in the electronics industry.
• First experience in the field of electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Passion in collaborating with customers and colleagues.

• Open and communicative.

Responsabilités

• Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues.
• Article maintenance and release in the CRM system.
• Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data).
• Processing internal and external engineering questions.
• Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia.
• Supporting in the clarification of technical complaints.
• Collaborating in projects.
