Job summary

NCAB Group is seeking a Purchase Support (f/m/d) for one year, based with the team in Tiel, The Netherlands. You will align commercial parameters, enter orders into the ERP system, track confirmations and communicate with customers. You’ll collaborate with sales and technical teams, and support local projects.

The role targets individuals with a college degree in administration, sales or logistics and prior Inside Sales or Purchasing experience, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent in administration, sales or logistics.
• First experience in Inside Sales or Purchasing department.
• Proactive mindset with attention to details and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Aligning commercial parameters from customer orders with offers.
• Entering customer orders into the ERP system and forwarding them to suppliers.
• Tracking order confirmations from suppliers.
• Sending confirmation emails to customers.
• Collaborating with the sales and technical team to achieve targets.
• Supporting local projects.
