NCAB Group Benelux in Lommel, Belgium is looking for a Technical Support (f/m/d) to join a collaborative team. You will support customers and sales colleagues, prepare production data, and coordinate with factories in Europe and Asia to resolve technical questions.

Qualifications

• Education in technical or electronic field or comparable qualification.
• Interest in the electronics industry.
• First experience in electronics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues.
• Article maintenance and release in the CRM system.
• Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data).
• Processing internal and external engineering questions.
• Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia.
• Supporting in the clarification of technical complaints.
