Les Tartes de Françoise is seeking a IT-focused developer to join our Belgian team. You will develop, improve and connect Odoo modules, automate processes, and leverage AI within our in-house ERP to help our teams work smarter and grow the business.

You will collaborate with the IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, train users, support our POS systems, and drive digital transformation across the company. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Odoo development and business processes.
• Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• C# is a plus.
• Fluent in French; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Flexibility: may work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Help us build the digital backbone of a growing Belgian success story! Working closely with our IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you'll develop, improve and connect the digital tools that power our business.
