You will provide technical assistance to clients and distributors, diagnose issues, conduct product training, and create documentation while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Job Description

• Technical Assistance: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and distributors, addressing inquiries related to our product range, including immersive audio systems, directional microphones, advanced amplifiers, and lighting technologies.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Product Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and effective use of our products.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and support resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Personal competences

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the audiovisual or technology sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Required studies

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Language knowledge
