Megalight is looking for a sales representative in Brussels who loves advising customers in audio, rigging and lighting. You will handle in-store operations, follow up leads, write quotes and negotiate with suppliers while ensuring accurate administration.

You speak Dutch, French and English, enjoy long-term relationships, and are comfortable with Office 365 and ERP systems. A market-conform salary (€3,000–€3,750 gross monthly) plus extra vacation days awaits.

• Knowledge in audio, rigging and/or lighting.
• Experience in the entertainment industry.
• Organized and structured work style.
• Strong communication skills and phone proficiency.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Advising customers in the field of audio, rigging, and/or lighting.
• Assisting with the opening and closing of the store (09:00 - 17:00 hours).
• Telephone contact with (potential) customers, conveying enthusiasm; writing clear quotes.
• Negotiating with suppliers and monitoring the quality of purchased products.
• Preparing orders and ensuring accurate administration.
• Contributing ideas on offline and online customer friendliness.

For our branch in Brussels, we are looking for a sales representative with excellent communication skills. You enjoy advising and convincing our customers, and you are meticulous in keeping track of sales, administration, and inventory. It is important that you are technically inclined and have an interest in stage equipment.

Established in the heart of Brussels since the end of 1992, Megalight has evolved from a company specializing in the rental of lighting and sound equipment for concerts into a reliable partner in the sale of quality lighting and sound products. Your profile

• You have specific knowledge in one of the disciplines: audio, rigging, and/or lighting;
• You have experience in the entertainment industry;
• You work in an organized and structured manner;
• You have strong communication skills and are proficient on the phone;
• You speak and write good Dutch, French, and English;
• You are driven and enjoy engaging in a good conversation;
• You have experience with Office 365;
• You aim for long-term relationships;
• You have experience with ERP systems;
