AED Group is seeking an Audio Product Specialist to own our audio portfolio across AED Audio, d&b Audiotechnik, L-Acoustics and Yamaha. The role blends technical design insight with commercial acumen, including documentation, trainings and roadmapping in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales and management.

You will travel regionally and internationally (10–20%), write technical docs, demo products, and support rent and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional audio.
• Strong knowledge of system design and audio signal flows.
• Experience as product manager and/or trainer is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in English; Dutch and/or French a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the in-house expert for all products in the audio segment to support both our rent and sales teams.
• Provide technical support, both internal and external.
• Create sound designs for custom projects.
• Advise on the best product solutions for customer requests.
• Perform product demos and trainings both internally and externally.

We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an Audio Product Specialist. This hybrid role blends technical expertise and commercial flair. You will be the go-to person for all things related to our audio products. From writing technical support documentation to customer product trainings, you will be able to make your mark in the technical development of our audio segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house expert for all products in the audio segment to support both our rent and sales teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional audio
• Strong knowledge of system design and audio signal flows
• Experience as product manager and/or trainer is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in English, Dutch and French is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (10-20%)
• Experience with our portfolio brands (AED Audio, d&b Audiotechnik, L-Acoustics & Yamaha)
