XLR, a rapidly growing audiovisual solutions company based near Brussels, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to enhance customer service and technical assistance. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and the optimal performance of our high-end audiovisual solutions.

You will provide technical assistance to clients and distributors, diagnose issues, conduct product training, and create documentation while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and distributors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support resources.
