Socomec Sas in Belgium is seeking a technical sales support professional to bridge customers and sales teams. You will analyze customer requirements and identify the most suitable Socomec solutions, while advising on standard and customized technical options.

You will promote Socomec products and value-added services, defend and present solutions through discussions and feasibility studies, and manage opportunities from qualification to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical sales support, application engineering, field service or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in electrical power distribution, switching, monitoring or energy management solutions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent Dutch (Flemish), Fluent French and good working knowledge of English.

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and sales colleagues.
• Analyze and qualify customer requirements and identify the most appropriate Socomec solutions.
• Advise customers on both standard and customized technical solutions.
• Promote Socomec products, solutions and value-added services.
• Defend and present technical solutions to customers through technical discussions, feasibility studies and presentations.
• Manage customer opportunities from initial qualification through offer submission and handover.
• Build and manage technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and company policies.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Support pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain and update business opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
• Contribute to achieving sales growth and conversion targets.
