Socomec Group in Belgium is seeking a technically skilled Sales Support Specialist to empower sales colleagues with professional, customer-focused solutions. You will analyze customer needs, qualify requirements, and promote standard and customized Socomec offerings through technical discussions, feasibility studies and presentations.
The role covers opportunity management from qualification to proposal handover, building technical and commercial bids, and coordinating with product management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in technical sales support or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in electrical power distribution, switching, monitoring or energy management is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; strong MS Office skills.
Responsabilités
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and sales colleagues.
- Analyze and qualify customer requirements and identify the most appropriate Socomec solutions.
- Advise customers on standard and customized technical solutions.
- Promote Socomec products, solutions and value-added services.
- Defend and present technical solutions through discussions, feasibility studies and presentations.
