TC Limited in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Commercial Technical Sales Manager to drive growth from the Ghent office. You will manage inbound inquiries, advise customers on technical solutions, and close opportunities from first contact to order, developing long-term relationships.

The role is fully office-based with occasional customer visits; strong Dutch and English are essential. Driving licence and local market knowledge are required. A clear path to leadership is offered.

TC is an established international industrial group specialising in temperature measurement, process instrumentation and industrial sensing solutions.

We are expanding our Belgian operation and are looking for a commercially capable Technical Sales Manager to develop the business from our office in Ghent.

This is an opportunity to build a growing local operation with the products, technical expertise, manufacturing capability and support of an established international group.

This is a fully office based role. You will work from the Ghent office each working day, except when attending customer visits.

The role

• Manage inbound enquiries generated through our websites, digital marketing and existing industry relationships
• Advise industrial customers on suitable technical products and solutions
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to order
• Develop repeat business and long term customer relationships
• Identify and pursue relevant opportunities within the Belgian industrial market
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up quotations consistently
• Take increasing commercial and operational responsibility as the Belgian business develops
• Help recruit and lead a small local team over time

There is no cold calling involved in this role, and you will not be expected to make cold calls. Sales activity is focused on inbound enquiries, following up quotations and developing customer relationships.

Occasional customer visits are required, with no significant overnight travel.

Full product and application training will be provided.

About you

• Currently living and working in Belgium
• Fluent Dutch and strong professional English
• Proven sales experience involving physical industrial or technical products
• Comfortable discussing technical requirements with industrial customers
• Able to demonstrate measurable sales results
• Organised, reliable and consistent with follow up
• Interested in building a business and taking responsibility for its growth
• Full Category B driving licence

French language skills would be an advantage.

Experience in temperature measurement, process instrumentation, sensors, automation, electrical products or industrial components would be particularly valuable.
