Job summary

The role is fully office-based with occasional customer visits; strong Dutch and English are essential. Driving licence and local market knowledge are required. A clear path to leadership is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and strong professional English.
• Proven sales experience with physical industrial/technical products.
• Able to discuss technical requirements with industrial customers.
• Demonstrated measurable sales results.
• Organised, reliable with consistent follow-up.
• Interest in building a business and taking growth responsibility.
• Full Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries via websites, digital marketing and industry relationships.
• Advise industrial customers on suitable technical products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities from enquiry to order.
• Develop repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within the Belgian industrial market.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up quotations.
• Take increasing commercial and operational responsibility as the Belgian business grows.
• Help recruit and lead a small local team over time.
