Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Owner to steer technology projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role emphasizes alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong PM skills with hands‑on experience delivering GxP‑validated systems, ideally in clinical development, medical writing, or regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Owner in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering GxP‑validated and qualified systems.
• Experience managing technical projects in regulated environments (clinical development, regulatory submissions).
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating SaaS solutions and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technical projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors for delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, capture actions and drive follow-up.
• Manage risks, issues and blockers with escalation as needed.
• Oversee external technology vendors involved in SaaS solutions.
• Support delivery of GxP‑validated systems and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
