Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager Generalist to lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will act as the main interface between business, technical, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure timeliness, scope adherence, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in Life Sciences PM, strong cross-functional coordination, and a solid GMP/GxP background.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of PM experience in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, med devices, healthcare).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across quality, regulatory, manufacturing, eng, supply chain.
• Solid understanding of GMP/GxP in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in French; additional languages (English) are a plus.
• Certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across Life Sciences environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and quality standards throughout execution.
• Lead governance meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive technology transfer, process improvement, and digital transformation as needed.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation actions.
• Support change management and collaboration across global teams.
