Job summary

D-ploy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Owner to lead the delivery of technology projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT projects in regulated pharma environments (GxP).
• Experience as Delivery Owner/PM coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in pharmacovigilance/drug safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technical projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to support delivery.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, capture actions and follow-ups.
• Identify, track and manage risks, issues and blockers with escalation as needed.
• Manage external technology vendors involved in SaaS solutions and systems.
• Support delivery of GxP-validated and qualified systems aligned with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for effective coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress and risks to stakeholders.
