Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Owner to oversee technology projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to plan, coordinate and deliver GxP-validated systems, pharmacovigilance or drug safety initiatives, and maintain rigorous project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Project Manager in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience delivering GxP-validated systems.
• Strong planning, coordination, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English; international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technical projects in a regulated pharma environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
• Organize meetings, capture actions, and follow up.
• Identify risks, issues and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Manage external technology vendors for SaaS and systems.
• Support delivery of GxP-validated systems per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
