Job summary

As a Technical Lead supporting ThoughtLabs at the Schaarbeek Building in Brussels, Belgium, you will take full operational, architectural, and tactical ownership of software solution delivery, fit-gap analyses, and multi-year IT implementation initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server), integrating modern cloud and containerization platforms on Azure, and enforcing rigorous software architecture, security, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions and IT project deliverables.

• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in Microsoft enterprise technologies (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server).

• Deep practical experience conducting fit‑gap analyses, software evaluation, and enterprise architecture design.
