Develop is seeking an experienced IT Solution Lead to support a major organisation in Belgium with the delivery and ongoing development of business-critical IT applications and digital solutions.

This role blends strong technical knowledge with solution design, application delivery and stakeholder management, offering leadership across software development, integration and cloud initiatives. 12-month freelance/B2B contract, start ASAP.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in technical solution delivery or IT solution leadership.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, APIs, system integration and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of software architecture, security principles and lifecycle management.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership from design through deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership across software development, integration and delivery.

Develop are currently looking for an experienced IT Solution Lead to support a major organisation in Belgium with the delivery and ongoing development of business-critical IT applications and digital solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with solution design, application delivery and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of IT solutions from initial design through implementation, deployment and ongoing support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership across software development, integration and application delivery.
• Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of custom-built and commercial software solutions.
• Work closely with developers, architects, project managers, external suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical assessments, fit-gap analysis and software evaluations.
• Support application maintenance, incident management and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in technical solution delivery, IT solution leadership or application management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, APIs, system integration and cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of software architecture, security principles and application lifecycle management.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English alongside French or Dutch.
