Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive end-to-end architecture solutions for complex, cross-functional IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural expertise with hands‑on engineering experience across enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end architecture solutions, ensuring functional, security, resilience, and non‑functional requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Requirement Owners, Domain Architects, IT engineers, and application teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solution architectures align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
- Contribute to the development of solution architecture and software engineering practices.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns and building blocks.
- Support the definition of target architectures and technology roadmaps.
- Provide architectural guidance for complex, large‑scale transformation projects.
- Identify technical challenges and recommend pragmatic, scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large‑scale transformation projects.
- Experience designing and delivering critical transactional systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Mainframe.
- Experience with Java or Windows .NET development technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, integration mechanisms, and data technologies.
- Strong architectural analysis, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into practical architectural solutions.
- Experience working across multiple systems, functions, locations, and teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of private cloud technologies and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with event‑driven architecture and Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Linux and the Java development stack.
- Experience with reference architectures, architectural roadmaps, and enterprise‑wide technology transformation.
