Itproposal is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to steer end-to-end IT architecture initiatives in Brussels. You will guide cross-team collaboration among architects, IT engineers, and domain stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

The role demands 15+ years in IT, strong experience as a Lead Solution Architect, and hands-on knowledge of IBM Mainframe, Java, .NET, and Azure. Contract-based engagement with intricate enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience.
• Lead Solution Architect on large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience designing and deploying transactional systems in large organizations.
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience.
• Experience with Java and/or Windows .NET stacks.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, data technologies.
• Experience with Linux and Java development environments.
• Strong architectural analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems, functions, locations, and organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture design from inception to deployment.
• Bridge Enterprise Architecture, IT engineering, and application authorities.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and target architectures.
• Lead large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Promote reusable architecture patterns and building blocks.
• Contribute to domain target architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide pragmatic architectural recommendations for complex challenges.
• Support both high-level architecture activities and detailed implementation challenges.
