Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT Operations, Service Delivery or Technical Delivery Management.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects.
• Strong ITIL understanding and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery of workplace and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation.
• Act as SME for project teams, guiding on infrastructure and end-user computing technologies.
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges with mitigation plans.
• Translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors and business users.
• Support laptop/device refresh, Intune deployments and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and operational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and communications for engagement.
• Drive governance to ensure on-time deliverables and risk management.
