Sibelga, the electricity and gas distribution system operator for the Brussels-Capital Region, is preparing a major transformation strategy for 2027. The objective is to automate the installation process across its entire application landscape. A Senior Technical IT Project Manager / Enterprise Architect is required to lead the preliminary preparation and study phase. The assignment sits within TechOps & Platforms and prepares the roadmap for execution.
The consultant will create a comprehensive and actionable project plan covering milestones, resource allocation, risk matrices, and governance. A detailed inventory of inter-application dependencies, integration points, and deployment sequencing must also be produced. Close collaboration with infrastructure and disaster recovery teams is required to preserve zero-downtime capabilities and robust business continuity standards. Security and compliance stakeholders, including the CISO, must be engaged to embed automated controls into the deployment design.
The role combines enterprise architecture, technical project management, automation, governance, security, and executive communication. The consultant will also develop a financial and operational business case covering CapEx/OpEx, ROI, efficiency gains, and risk reduction. The assignment runs at a 100% work regime with at least three days onsite in Brussels. The request is part of a linked project request, and suppliers must submit an offer for every required profile to remain compliant.
