Vivid Resourcing is seeking a freelance Technical Lead in Brussels to oversee workplace and infrastructure project delivery. This role is not hands-on engineering but focuses on technical leadership, bridging IT operations with business stakeholders.

You will guide IT delivery, manage risks, and ensure ITIL-aligned practices while coordinating across engineers, vendors, and business users to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Technical Delivery Management.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and operational environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 delivery methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of workplace and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Act as technical SME for project teams guiding on infrastructure and end-user computing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges with mitigation plans.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and business users.
• Support projects involving device lifecycle, laptop refreshes, and workplace transformations.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and operational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project communications.
• Drive governance to ensure on-time deliverables and risk management.
