Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a developer and functional designer.
• Deep expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies.
• Knowledge of PLI, DB2, MQ, and CICS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and technical environments.
• Experience coaching junior IT professionals.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop complex software applications with a high degree of autonomy.
• Translate business requirements and operational constraints into functional and data models.
• Ensure application designs meet business, operational, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Architects to validate proposed solutions.
• Define system scope, objectives, and detailed technical designs.
• Review specifications, coding, testing, and debugging activities.
• Contribute to design standards, reusable patterns, frameworks, and tools.
• Support testing and production issue resolution when required.
• Coach and guide junior IT professionals.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders throughout projects and maintenance.
• Maintain high-quality design documentation throughout the lifecycle.
