Job summary

Next Ventures in Brussels is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major rail operations project. You will gather requirements, write user stories and coordinate between business stakeholders, Product Owners and Agile development teams.

The role requires 5–7+ years in Agile environments, mandatory rail operations experience, strong data integration and testing skills, and fluent French and English.

• Develop test cases, validate solutions and support defect resolution.
• Review and optimise business processes, maintaining documentation in Confluence and process modelling tools.
• Support implementation, operational readiness and project risk management.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Mandatory experience in rail operations and management processes.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, data migration and technical testing.
• Experience with Confluence and ideally Bizzdesign.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.

Location: Brussels – hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite per week
Start: Within 15 days of award
Duration: Until 31 December 2026, with a potential one-year extension
Commitment: Full-time contract
