TVH in Waregem, Belgium is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Advisor to be the trusted first contact for customers across channels and to help them achieve success with TVH’s solutions, including our ecommerce platform.

You will handle inquiries, maintain accurate data, build lasting relationships, share insights with internal teams, guide customers, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
• Solution-driven, resilient, and able to find the right answer.
• Organized, able to set priorities and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
• Team player who collaborates and supports others.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests and complaints across different channels.
• Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
• Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
