How to succeed / Your profile

• You have a strong customer-first mindset, experience in customer service is a plus.
• You are fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• A good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
• You are solution-driven, resilient and enjoy finding the right answer.
• You’re well-organized, able to set priorities and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
