TVH is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Advisor in Waregem, Belgium, to be the trusted first contact for customers and help them with technical questions and e-commerce guidance.

You will build lasting customer relationships, capture insights for account planning, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while representing TVH at fairs and events. A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn are required, with fluency in Hungarian and good English.

Qualifications

• You have a strong customer-first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
• You have a technical background or a strong interest and are willing to learn.
• You are fluent in Hungarian (both written and spoken). A good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
• You are solution-driven, resilient and enjoy finding the right answer.
• You’re well-organized, able to set priorities and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
• You’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests and complaints across different channels.
• Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and improvement.
• Help customers with their technical questions and guide them on using our e-commerce platform.
• Represent TVH at fairs and events to strengthen customer connections.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
