Job summary

Imec invites Master or PhD interns to work on technology-aware design partitioning for heterogeneous systems in Belgium. The project focuses on a partitioning and exploration framework, cost models, and optimization across technology options, with evaluation on representative designs to separate technology mix contributions from tool contributions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate designs that separate technology mix contributions from tool contributions.
