Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader for IT Support to lead the proactive on-site Proximity IT Support teams in Brussels. You will coach staff, plan shifts, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across end-user infrastructure and support processes.

The role requires a strong hands-on leader with ITIL knowledge, fluent French and English, and experience guiding teams through daily operations and major deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with leadership experience.
• 7 years of Team Leader experience or 5 years with Master's degree.
• Experience leading Proximity IT Support teams (on-site).
• ITIL knowledge with ITILv4 certification preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership to on-site Proximity IT Support teams and foster a high-performing environment.
• Manage daily team operations: shift planning, task definition, and resource usage.
• Conduct regular service reviews, quality control, and risk analysis to meet SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Track activities and provide regular status reports to management.
• Coordinate small to medium-scale improvement/deployment initiatives for end-user infrastructure.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex user issues.
