Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader, IT Support to manage the on-site support team in Brussels. You will lead daily operations, drive improvements, and ensure SLAs are met, while coaching staff to develop technical and service excellence.

The role requires a blend of leadership, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication with end-users and senior management. This fully onsite position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience as a Team Leader OR Master’s degree with 5 years as a Team Leader.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership to Proximity IT Support teams and foster a high-performing environment.
• Manage daily team operations: shift planning, task definition, and resource usage (shifts, holidays, projects).
• Conduct regular service reviews, quality control, and risk analysis to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Track activities and provide daily, monthly, and yearly status reports to management.
• Coordinate change control for physical IT assets and support methodologies.
• Lead small to medium-scale improvement and deployment initiatives for end-user infrastructure and processes.
• Act as final escalation point for complex user issues with hands-on technical knowledge.
