Itproposal is seeking a Second-Line IT Support Technician to strengthen the on-site Service Desk in Brussels. You will log, analyse, and resolve incidents, install and configure hardware and software, and manage mobile devices.

You must have 3 years Ivanti ITSM experience, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and be fluent in French and Dutch. The role is fully on-site with Brussels location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Ivanti ITSM experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• French and Dutch mandatory; English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Log, analyse, follow up, and resolve incidents and service requests via phone or ITSM tools.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify solutions.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to users.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and workstations.
• Prepare and deploy user workstations per procedures.
• Manage Android and iOS smartphones, including subscriptions.
• Improve internal procedures and maintain the Service Desk knowledge base.
• Document solutions and share best practices with the team.
