Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader, IT Support to drive day-to-day operational management and coaching of our on-site team in Brussels. You will coordinate shifts, define tasks, and ensure SLA performance while controlling change processes for IT assets.

You will mentor staff, conduct service reviews, manage escalations, and report progress to management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and end-user infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with leadership experience in proximity IT support.
• Extensive experience coordinating on-site IT support teams.
• Proven ability to interact with end-users, senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the Proximity IT Support teams and coach staff.
• Manage daily team operations, shift planning and resource usage planning.
• Conduct service reviews, quality control and risk analysis to meet SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Coordinate improvement and deployment initiatives for end-user infrastructure.
• Escalate complex user issues leveraging hands-on experience.
