Qargo TMS in Ghent is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join the People & Talent team. You will own hiring for the Customer Success team, including roles like Account Manager, Customer Support, and Onboarding Manager, while supporting other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Affinity with Customer Success or logistics is a strong plus.
• Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with initiative.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers, with guidance from senior team members.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview and other channels.
• Conduct first interviews focusing on motivation, potential and culture fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Customer Success roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job content, career pages and social posts.

To support our growth, we're looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our People & Talent team in Ghent.

About The Role

As a Junior Talent Partner, you'll join our People & Talent team and take primary ownership of hiring for our Customer Success team, think roles like Account Manager, Customer Support, Business Analysts, Onboarding Manager etc…, while also supporting other teams across Qargo when needed.

You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, learning how to manage recruitment end-to-end while gradually taking ownership of roles yourself. From sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews, you'll help create a warm, professional, and high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers, while building your expertise with the support of experienced team members.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview and other channels, with guidance from senior team members.
• Conduct first interviews with a strong focus on motivation, potential, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future Customer Success roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as helping create and promote job content, career pages, and social media posts.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment. Don't have that experience yet? If you're genuinely passionate about recruitment and eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you!
• Affinity with Customer Success or the logistics/transport industry is a strong plus, it helps you understand the profiles and candidates you'll be hiring for.
• Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or working in a scale-up environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you take initiative and enjoy growing your skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
• Motivated to deliver quality, not just speed.
