Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Perform G&P processes, supporting development of frameworks.
• Coordinate performance yearly cycles and ensure consistency.
• Analyze, report, and prepare insights for management.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning.
• Optimize G&P processes and identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

Connaissances

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience working with HRIS platforms

Facilitation and workshop moderation skills

Fluency in English

Formation

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
