Responsabilités

• Perform G&P Talent Management and Learning & Development processes.
• Coordinate yearly performance cycles and support design enhancements.
• Prepare analyses, insights, and dashboards for management.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders.
