Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in HR transformation and system implementation projects.
• Proven stakeholder and change management skills.

• Lead the yearly Performance campaign from a system perspective.
• Drive automation, AI, and workflow improvements.
