Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• 7+ years of Talent & Development, Learning & Development, or HR with international exposure.
• First experience in leading a small team.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, or Learning Management Systems is a big asset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment for Schindler Belux/Dualbrands and develop strategies to attract talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
• Analyze learning and development trends and benchmark programs to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Manage talent and development processes: needs analysis, training planning, and administration.
• Engage with external partners, schools, training providers and associations to stay updated on best practices.
