Schindler Group in Belgium is seeking a Talent & Development Lead to plan, manage and organize the Talent & Development function for Belux and Dualbrands, ensuring programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent practices with the company’s goals.

You will oversee recruitment, learning and development processes, analyze trends, and partner with external agencies and training providers to attract and retain top talent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• 7+ years in Talent & Development with international exposure.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Oversee full recruitment cycle for Belux/Dualbrands and develop recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to strengthen the employer brand and talent pipeline.
• Analyze learning and development trends and benchmark programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Manage and coordinate talent and development processes: learning needs analysis, training planning, and administration of development programs.
• Engage with external partners, recruitment agencies and training providers to stay updated on best practices.
