Qualifications

• Master degree required for the role.
• At least 5 years in a broad Talent Acquisition role in an international organisation.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Familiar with employer branding, talent sourcing strategies and labour market trends.
• Comfortable with recruitment systems and ATS KPIs; data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for all Belgiumm Support & Staff positions.
• Translate priorities into proactive recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Partner with HR Managers and business leaders to support growth initiatives.
• Coach hiring managers to ensure high-quality selections and consistent experience.
• Build talent pipelines and monitor market trends to improve outcomes.
• Promote Vandemoortele as an employer and manage external partnerships.
